Breach of the terms of the loan documents secured by this certain mortgage executed by Angela Tarase Mack Aka Angela Sullivan Robert E Sullivan Wife And Husband to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as a mortgagee, as a candidate for Embrace Home Loans, Inc., its successors and assigns as of January 31, 2013; said mortgage being registered on February 7, 2013, in Book 1482, page 610 of the Office of the Estates Judge for Dallas County, Alabama. Said mortgage was last sold, assigned and transferred to Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC by assignment recorded in Deed Book 1591, page 169 in the office of the Estates Judge in Dallas County, Alabama.
